Pre-selection: We make a pre-selection of the CVs that we have in our possession to better respond to the description of the position or positions to be filled.
Selection: It consists of conducting interviews to retain the best candidates. The Employer can organize interviews with the various candidates as needed.
Employment contract: According to the standard model that will be sent to you.
LMIA: Labor Market Impact Assessment. This is a request that we submit to Employment, Social and Development Canada to authorize international recruitment.
CAQ: Quebec Acceptance Certificate for Temporary Foreign Workers.
Work permit: Work permit and visa application for the worker
Preparation: Organize information sessions on the installation.
Reception: Greet workers and drive them to the employer's commercial domicile.
Support: Assist the employer if necessary.
